More Than 2GW of U.S. Data Center Projects Originated and Under Development

The Cedar partnership was established in 2025 to meet the surging infrastructure demands of the world’s most advanced AI and hyperscale customers. The team at Cedar brings decades of experience in large-scale financial transactions and high-density AI / HPC focused data center delivery.

Cedar combines expertise across development, engineering, procurement, capital structuring, and project delivery. The firm is purpose-built to finance and deliver large- scale complex infrastructure projects to the highest technical and environmental standards.

The Cedar team has previously originated and capitalized more than one gigawatt of U.S. turnkey data center projects, with end-to-end capability in the design and delivery of high-density, liquid-on-chip cooled facilities. Financing support for those projects has been originated from large blue chip investors including funds managed by Blue Owl Capital and, Brookfield Asset Management, and strategic customer partnerships. The team has closed more than $2.5 billion of bank and bond facilities on a project financing basis since 2023.
